I was watching "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" when drawing this. I intended for her to say "Aloha!" so this happened ;v;
Anyways, there were no other entrys, so I ended up winning her :D Her name is Teku, and her personality is sorta like Luna Lovegood. (Maybe sorta should be replaced with exactly lol)

I looked up bioluminescent phytoplankton to see what you meant and omg they are so cool! I had an idea of what they were before but they look cooler than I thought they would lol. I can definitely base the drekkel off of them. Btw, do you want a male or female drekkel?
