The Torukis waited for the others to leave and then closed their tomb. The fairy sat on the rock, waiting in the dark night for others.

(heyo-- Im back. Imma do something with love birds ewe

In the forest, Splash was stroking Rosemarie and put her in a tiny burrow like tunnel, and covered the entrance with leaves.

(ummm white? rosemaria is a boy. right? o_o)

She was eating black berries from her "Storage". But, a pack of Hijus were near by, she heard them. Splash didn't know what to do. She randomly shifted into a cow. The Hijus have spotted her and got suspicious. "I never see those anymore." One said, the other said "I don't think that thing is supposed to be here, maybe-" "It's still meat isn't it? Lets get it!"

(I might have Aylin and Haruka slightly ditch night and day to explore xD)

Still wide awake, the small Moondragon pranced around in the grass, bounding around Haruka. Sighing, he watched her with one lazily-opened eye. "Explore!" She cried, purple markings shining. Her cries turned into a sort of chant, and the Ribbonwing gave up. Not wanting to disappoint her, he stood and stretched his wings, however much he wanted to smack her with a flower petal to let him sleep. He turned his head to Day.
"Do you need to escort us somewhere? Give us any advice for places to go?" His voice croaked slightly and he cleared it with a low growl. Aylin leaped onto his back excitedly.

(Oh no no no Rose is a girl and I'm not doing anything with her. I'm bringing out Nuro. A waterfury who is supposed to protect Splash forever. He a boy.. Star is gonna be ubset

"And besides, it's the males who are dangerous! It's a female!" The Hijus ran and aimed for her neck, Splash tried to back away, but she was too slow. As she lost hope, a bull, big and fierce stood infront of her, and headbutted them. The Hijus fell over, and looked at the bull, kicking and scraping his hoof against the dirt, they ran away growling.

The animal turned back to Splash to see her in her normal waterfury form, looking at it in awe. "W-wow.. I never really saw a real one before!" "What are you talking about princess? +Shifts back" "+Gasps+ Y-y-y.. Your a... A water fury??" "Yep, make that water fury- gaurd for you. You looked like you were in trouble." "M-me?! Why me?" Nuro sighed. He looked at her in the eyes slightly blushing. "Before your parents passed, they requested something of me... Splash was confused.

"They wanted me to look after you- forever." Splash jumped back a bit. "Why didn't they tell me this?! State your name.." Nuro bowed to her, and spreaded his water wings backwards. "I am Nuro. Nuro Vante. And I am here to protect you, Princess Splash." Splash crossed her arms and blushed a bit as well. She turned her head to the side. "Mmmf.." Nuro got up and they both sat down.

"So.. My parents sent you.. Huh?" He nodded. "So.. Why weren't you here earlier.. When the palace fell down? The only ones to find me were Day and Star.. They are my friends.." "Well I thought you'd be on the island when everyone was evacuating the palace. I searched everywere for you." She looked at him again, but then turned back and smiled a bit uncontroably. She tried not to smile, but she only blushed when she tried not to.

(Im in a big story mood so im gonna do a really detailed entry :P i just need that little start to get rolling xD)

A blue jay flew overhead, occasionally flapping speckled wings to keep pace with the canine-like creature trotting below him. A bright green tail soared behind the crow-like body, taller than other jays. The bird kept a dark purple eye on the creature and a dark blue on the trees ahead, so as to not crash. Dodging some branches, he hummed quietly to himself.
The creature below belonged to a certain species known as the Zeraxi, and this one was by the name of Raven. She trotted quickly, teal eyes searching for an exit from the realm she found herself in. Raven was about to call to the blue jay; to have him stay closer or perch on her antler-like horns; but he stopped his singing and cried out when he saw the large dragon flying in the air above. Raven froze for a second, unsure whether to run or hide.

(Idk why i introduced raven like that...)

Nuro and Splash got closer together.. Looking at each others eyes.

Raven still stood, stunned. The new realm seemed to have erased her instincts- back home, she would either be running away on an impossible trail, or had already leaped into the air, ready to fight. The bluejay circled around her head, screeching in her long ears. It landed on one of her horns and gave up plain noises.
"RAVEN!" He cried, and the Zeraxi snapped back into focus. As the dragon came closer, she crouched down, teeth bared and claws out, ready to defend herself. Her dark blue fur flowed in the wind and she lashed three tails along the ground, and the bird spread out his spotted wings as if he really dared to take on the dragon alone.

The Zeraxi loosened slightly, still glaring at her. In her land she tought herself never to trust anybody, not even if they raised you... The bluejay lowered his wings. He trusted too easily. Raven hissed under her breath.
"Rib.. How do we know she won't turn on us and fight us anyways?" Her voice cracked slightly, tired.
"Call down, Raven. Lighten up a bit," the bird replied calmly. Still glaring, she straightened herself, to try and look more powerful.
"What do you want with us, dragon?" Raven barked, keeping her tufted ears facing forward. The jay gave a small sigh.

I din know what to do/wright anymore

After departing from the mysterious dragon Skylate, Coldfire continued to fly about Sylyore aimlessly, not sure where to go or what to do. It had been a few days since he had departed from Giranja, and he was finally learning how to keep his mind off of her. He quietly scanned the ground below, looking for prey to eat.

(WB Day! I get that. xP

What time of day is it?)

The canine tensed again, her sharp claws extended all the way and teeth ready to bite down on anything, even a dragon's scales. Before snarling back an answer to the dragon, she quickly hissed an "I told you!" to the bird.
"Exactly what we look like, a canine and a bird!" Raven barked loudly. Her mind was still fuzzy and it was hard to focus directly on the dragon, but she had been in this state before. /Too many times have I done this,/ she thought. /But the only prize feather from this fight will most likely be one from Rib, and I can't risk that./ She took a determined step forward, and to her anger the bird chirped,
"Look ma'am, we don't wanna fight you," his voice was small and raspy, like he longed to have one voice but was stuck with another.

( @Day do you remember the random rainforest rp and how raven took one of areli's feathers? HINT HINT WINK WINK)

Seeing a forest up ahead, Coldfire banked and landed at its borders, taking a step inside and inhaling the scents that wafted from it. However, his eyes snapped open and his body went rigid when he caught a familiar scent. "Is that...?"

For a moment, Coldfire stayed frozen to the spot. He longed to find her again, see whether she was alright after her strange shift into the red beast, yet he also wanted to run away, afraid his cursed luck would affect her again. However, when another breeze carried Giranja's scent an overwhelmed his senses, he found himself darted forward, eyes wide as he searched for te familiar dragoness.

(Whoop for convenience (and laziness) raven knows what lies sound like)

"Don't insult her!" The bird cried, spreading his wings out in defiance. Raven seemed frozen for a second, repeating the dragon's words in her mind. /"I don't want to fight you. I don't want to fight you,"/ the voice repeated. Something in Raven's mind sparked, and it kindled a flame inside her feet.
"LIAR!" The Zeraxi howled, the word echoing against the trees. She lunged forward, knocking the jay into the air, and she launched herself at the dragon's head. Snarling, she dug her claws into the scales and hissed loudly in the dragon's ear.
"'Don't mess with an outlaw from the mountains,'" she recited the well-spread saying with a deep, menacing tone that didn't seem to be able to come from the Zeraxi. (AM I ALLOWED TO DO THIS?? I NEED SUSPENSE IM SO SORRY) Howling again, she tried clawing at the dragon's eyes. The bird circled high above, cawing anxiously.

(Also sorry if some of what i say doesn't make much sense? I have all my characters' backgrounds in the back of my head but i never really get to explaining them much.
Plus raven's sorta supposed to be a spooky mystery, outlaw, "menace to society" and all that. Ah poor little Raven. Not even her real name ;P)

Racing through the trees, Coldfire followed Giranja's scent intently, gasping from exertion. Finally, he burst out into a forest clearing and skidded to a stop when he spotted the figure in the middle. He stared at the dragoness in her human form before him, his expression as surprised as her own. "Giranja...."

Raven was flung to the ground, landing with a horrifying crunch. Her vision was blurry as the fuzz in her mind grew. Blood roared in her ears and all she knew was that the bird had been caught. For the split second she was down it seemed as if time had stopped. The fire grew, reaching to every part of her, and turned her eyes brighter.
"MENACE!" She howled, and she felt as if she had grown wings. She launched herself again at the dragon, ramming her antlers into the dragon's jaw. Blood covered her eyes and she rolled along the ground, a few betraying sticks jabbing her in the side. Blood flowed down one leg and she lay motionless.

Splash had turned into a girrafe. Nuro took form as a brown Seagull, and hopped on her back. "I know all about this forest," She said looking at him. "I live here now." "Ah. It's pretty princess." Splash had a worried sigh. "Umm.. Nuro, please.. Don't call me princess.. I don't deserve to be called princess after what happened.." "Hey! That was Shadow's fault, and the snow fury's.+Licks+ But... Whatever you say..." Splash blushed again. "Please, call me Splash." "Ok, Splash :3"

Overwhelmed by emotion, Coldfire stepped forward slowly, mouth hanging open, then shifted suddenly into his human form. Without a thought, he raced forward and wrapped his arms around Giranja. He squeezed his eyes shut as he embraced her, not trusting his voice enough to speak yet.

(Aaa sorry! Got distracted)

Raven's ears rang, and after a while of laying still, the ringing softened into a song, one she had not heard in years. The sound of dripping water came from nowhere, and wove into the rhythm of the notes until it was one swirling song full of the howling of wind and starry wolves that would poke their paws down from the stars. She opened one of her eyes, her breathing ragged. Her ears were laid back and the rest of her body laid limp on the ground. The notes wove into her mind as an icy teal eye stared intently back at the dragon, and nothing else.
The bluejay recovered slightly, flapping his wings and hiding amongst the nearby branches. Quietly, he made his way to a tree above the Zeraxi, and held his breath when he saw the large pool of blood. Raven's mouth moved slightly, but she made no noise.

Raven's eye followed the dragon's every movement. The bird cawed softly, unsure of what to do. /This is too confusing. Did I die? I think I died,/ he thought. He flew down towards Raven's head, staring intently at the dragon. "Did I die?" He asked Raven, not looking away.
The Zeraxi still laid there. Something about this new realm had ruined her mind, or at least scrambled it. She sang softly, but her voice was too broken and quiet to make out the words.

Coldfire embraced Giranja tighter when she returned his hug, faintly noticing with joy that she was still wearing the jacket he had lent her. "I'm sorry," he finally whispered. "I'm so sorry for leaving you. I should never have abandoned you when you were in such a state." He released the embrace and met Giranja's gaze, but he found that there was only one eye to look at, as the other was bandaged tightly. His expression going blank, Coldfire slowly brought a hand up to the side of her head. "Giranja.... Who did this to you?"

The bluejay paced in place, flustered. "The-the wounds y-you inflicted, y-y-you.... Monster!!" He stuttered, nervous. Raven's white paw twitched slightly at the touch of the dragon's tounge.

With an annoyed sigh, he flew after the dragon. Raven stopped singing softly, and the song quieted. Her mind grew fuzzy again and she mumbled to herself. Her eye was half-closed by now and it followed the dragon's movements slower.
"Don... et... the.....utlaw...ge....you..." She said quietly. She repeated it, only bits of words sounding. "On't...le...........out.....et........." The words broke apart more with each repeat.

Coldfire's gaze darkened as Giranja replied, remembering the blue serpentine dragoness from before. The shifter stepped back, almost ready to scour the land to find the me who had hurt his friend, but he forced his temper to wait turned back to Giranja. He held his hand up to the bandaged side of her face again, concern on his face. "How bad is it?" he murmured.

"Uh, Raven? You okay?" The jay tilted his head to the side.
"Ou.....t.....la.....aw......" She replied. Her eyes were nearly closed and her breathing was ragged.
"Raven!" He cried again.
"Th...at's...........al...l.....I.....a..m....." Her voice cracked, and mixed with her ragged breathing she sounded like a crying toddler.

The breath was taken from Coldfire when Giranja revealed the sad truth of her wound. He opened his mouth to speak, but before he could, a small creature slammed into his head, nearly sending Coldfire's heart into his throat. He turned slowly to look at the offender, slightly annoyed from the interruption.

"I-I dunno. She's n-never been like this before," he said, voice raspy. Raven fell silent but she kept observing everything around her. The ring was gone and the world seemed muted and distant, only a few sounds coming through clearly. Her breathing slowed slightly as blood quickly stained the bandages. Her body remembered what pain was.

(I hate to ask, but what kind of creature is Mura? I'm not very caught up. 'XD)

He only sighed in reply, looking at Raven intently. She returned the gaze, her eyes hazey. Her ears twitched as she took a deep, stuttering breath. One tail thumped slightly in the ground in discomfort. Nervous, the jay quietly hummed a tune he had heard at the inn just months ago to calm himself down. His long, ribbony tail flowed in even the slight breeze, a blue circle standing out clearly at its tip.

Coldfire eyed the Moondragon, not replying at first. Its somewhat squeaky yet intrusively loud voice made him want to swat it out of the air, but he knew it was also one of Giranja's friend, and perhaps a more loyal companion than himself. "It's fine," he lied, glancing back at Giranja as if hoping Murasakino would simply vanish and leave them alone again.
(He doesn't like when his moments are interrupted. XD)

Still humming, the bird looked at Ela, amazed by her abilities. He had seen a lot, like a six-limbed creature (if from a far distance), a wyvern with a tail that curled into what looked like a ribbon made of pearls, a canine with wings, horns, and confetti (again, from quite a distance, along with a tall red wolf covered in shining gray scales), but never had he seen something that could change shape like this. He had heard of a fox who had many other forms, but he didn't know if he had truly seen it. /The world is stupid and confusing./

Coldfire sighed in relief on the inside when Giranja asked the Moondragon to leave, but he kept himself composed until he had left. He then turned back to the shiftress, but paused in confusion when he noticed her gaze not looking up to meet his own. Following her gaze, Coldfire's attention was brought to his right shoulder where her claws had scratched; the wounds had scabbed over by then, but he had failed to bandage it. He quickly looked back at Giranja. "Giranja, no. Don't take this as your fault - it was my own clumsiness," he said hurriedly.

"Well," the jay croaked. Raven moved her gaze over to him, and some subtle light shone in her eyes that said "Tell her."
"Y-you see, Raven here is actually a Zeraxi, b-but I don't really know much about myself.. I woke up on a mountain one day and felt I had somewhere I just had to go. After flying a while, I found her. I only have really fuzzy and vague memories of before then but I'm not sure that was even me." His voice cracked when he spoke, still as if he wasn't used to speaking. He suddenly looked up, eyes wide. "U-unless that's not what you meant?"

Coldfire sighed in submission to her first comment, then looked at her remorsefully again. "I'm so sorry," he murmured, wishing he had been able to stop It sooner. After a moment though, he told himself to stop blaming himself for what had happened. //You're never going to get anywhere like that!// he reminded himself.

"Well now you know," he replied. Raven coughed, first just a small wheeze, but it escalated into a violent coughing spasm, and blood pooled slightly around the edges of her mouth.
"Raven!" The jay cawed nervously. Before he could move, the coughing died down. Raven continued to look weakly around, staring blankly at Ela. Small scarlet drops stained the silvery gray fur on her muzzle, as if to reflect the rest of her. Her breath now came in short wheezes with what felt like painfully long intervals.

Wincing, the canine slowly lifted her head. If one listened closely enough they could almost hear the sore vertebrae creaking as she tried moving her head and slowly lapped at the water, sharp teeth just barely showing. After she drank for a while, her head thunked back down. Raven's teal eyes were fixed on the jay, who stood in front of her, heterochromic eyes still staring warily at her.

Coldfire opened his mouth but then closed it again, instead watching Giranja as she bandaged his arm. He gazed into her eyes as she wrapped her arms around him again, grinning faintly. "They'd need a lot more than that to take advantage of me. Rather, I was worried that you wouldn't recover after It. "I'm glad you're alright though."

(If he ever starts making cocky comments, it's because he's a boy and he needs to show off to the pretty girl. XD)

Raven closed her eyes for a second, and half opened them as she opened her mouth.
"Jus..t..like....al..ways.." She said softly. Her eyes closed again and she continued speaking, taking deep breaths between every few words. "We go from enemies.... To allies.... So quickly.." The Zeraxi smiled slightly. "I don't... Understand... How..... Or why..." She wheezed slightly again, laying her ears back.

Coldfire realized that his face was uncomfortably hot after Giranja broke the hug and he turned slightly, running his fingers through his hair. "Yeah, me either," he said, looking back at her. Suddenly changing the subject, Coldfire asked, "W-What are you doing all the way out here, if I may? This is a distance from where we last were... And what's with the... dragon thing?" he queried, slightly tipping his head in the direction Murasakino had vanished.

Raven's smile cleared away and her eyes glazed slightly. "Dammit," she said softly. "Of course." She moved her head to stare at Ela better, remaining emotionless despite the extreme pain. "I always forget." She was too tired to mask her fear. Her eyes glinted and she inched her claws out slightly.
The bird swiftly flew between them. "No more!" He cried. "No more! No more!" He flapped his wings, infuriated.

The jay kept cawing. "No more! Don't touch her!" He stared coldly at Ela, eyes piercing. "Just stop it!" He started shaking nervously.
"Rib.. Stop," Raven said as best she could, coughing slightly. Her eyes were completely glazed over and she tried standing up, collapsing over and over like a newborn foal trying out its new legs. She managed to get herself into a half-sit, half-standing position and she lowered her head, looking in the general direction of Ela. "You want me to be honest?" She asked slowly, blood seeping through the bandages quickly. It pooled slightly in her mouth again and turned her tounge from a soft pink to a dark red.

Coldfire frowned as he listened to Giranja, upset that the TreasureSeeker organization was still sending her out on missions despite her eye injury - and impossible ones, at that. //How does anyone expect a person to find a particular rock out of the billions that exist?// Distracted by his annoyed thoughts, Coldfire missed her comment about Murasakino but returned to reality with her exclamation. "Hmm? Oh, uh, it doesn't matter that much, since it's not that cold here..." He rubbed he back of his neck, eyes darting and face growing warm. "Besides, it looks a little cute on you..."

Raven's face turned prideful. "You want to know who we are?" She wheezed slightly, and blood occasionally dripped off her chin. "I can barely tell you're related by your description of her," Raven growled sarcastically. Fed up with the bickering, the bird flew onto one of Raven's horns and whispered in her ear.
"Now listen, Raven. You are gonna lay the heck back down and I will keep watch on you, and you are gonna get better or so help me I'll be the one to kill you!" He straightened himself, puffing out the white feathers on his chest. The Zeraxi stared for a second and then crumpled onto the ground as if her skeleton had suddenly been taken away, sending the bird back into the air where he landed next to her, keeping a close eye on Elanceria.

The bird muttered to himself under his breath. He was very tired as well, but wouldn't risk the both of them being caught off-guard.

Catching Giranja's embarrassment, Coldfire turned his face away as well, flushing harder and rubbing his neck more. He nearly apologized again, but he stopped himself when he realized that doing so would only be more awkward. //I can't believe I'm hoping for this, but it would really be great if that talkative Moondragon came back,// Coldfire thought.

( @Fade well, not really? I know I started writing a sort of character story a little more than a year ago (gaspspsp i forgot that Glitch is the oldest character of mine at a grand total of one year old xD) and I did that story for a little while, but not much. This year I've been writing occasional oc stories just in a random word document or something but otherwise I've just been writing essays on child soldiers and ecotourism -_- school right?
But I take a lot of inspiration from the books I read. I don't read as much now that I draw all the time, but I mainly take from Cornelia Funke, who wrote the Inkheart trilogy and the trilogy is my love aaaaaaaaaa
But I always admired how they could have such a compelling story with this perfect blend of description and dialouge :0

Well, you don't have to, but you do." She looked back up at Ela. Her eyes were cleared and she stared straight at the dragon. Blood crusted around her lips from the night before and had turned the bandages and the fur around a dark, dark red.

"At least your child could have the benefit of hands every once in a while," Raven hissed as Ela took off the bandages. Even though it had just been one night, it was enough time for the blood to be stuck to both bandage and fur, and some of the wounds reopened slightly as their fabric cover was torn away. The Zeraxi winced. /This is worse than when I was blown off the cliff,/ she thought.

I took his prey, after all." She closed her eyes.

"Don't go walking too fast," Raven growled. As she struggled to stand, she whacked the bird with the black-tipped tail and he awoke with a parrot-like squawk.

Raven smirked back. "I never said anything about friendship. I was just sayin that you're trying to rush your life. Also the fact that I can barely even stand." She dug her claws into the ground for support and took tentative steps forward, breathing shallow, fast breaths.

(Ahhh yes, writing stories at 2am. This is normal tbh)

"I've dealt with enough physical limitations to know that mental limitafions are what you gotta watch out for," the canine sat down, showing off the tufts of dark blue mane that weren't covered in bandaging. "Not my first time falling off a cliff. And besides, this time I actually have medical assistance." She said everything in a calm voice, words swinging together as if every sentence was a song of spite and sarcasm.

"Outlawed birds!" The bluejay piped up, landing on one of Raven's antlers. She laughed, and even with her breath messed up her laughter ran clear like bells. She tried standing and stretched a little. One bone gave a nasty pop as she stretched and she locked herself in that position. "Welp. Guess I'm stuck now. I deserve this," she muttered. A little more blood stained the bandage near the bone that had made the noise.

Ahhh colors crashes.

And thanks ash aaaaaa i had fun developing mine as well, and don't worry you just gotta write a ton. The main way i can get away with writing a ton with barely any dialouge is because i always enjoyed being able to picture the scenes i was reading while still being able to read at a fairly fast pace. You can tell when I'm not sure what to add or I'm losing some of the writing feel because my entries get shorter x'D
