And I sometimes really really fall in love with my adopted children! (*cough cough* Ringo)

Ok! So rules.
One) You may enter up to three times.
Two) Only humaniod characters, and only ocs types that could fall into my fantsy realm or the neko world.
Three) I'm pretty picky, please keep themes I prefer in mind. Unique designs with great hair or pallets often get my attention. And females really have to impress me...
Four) I may NOT keep all designs.
What I'll give!
One) If I keep a design by you I'll do a request or make a design for you in return! And if I keep multiple designs you'll get rewards for each I keep.
Two) If your design is the one I love most I'll give two requests or designs for you! If you win and I keep other designs I'll give you the reward for those too!
Three) And a shoutout for any that enter!
