this shouldn't be bothering me, but it does. Minors shouldn't be drawing nsfw. its actually illegal. minors cannot produce nor contain any form of Pornography, and just in case you're wondering the ages its idk (1 2 maybe)-1 7. Like sure i can't control what you draw but if your a minor just remember you cant really post that?? Like nudity is fine, but nothing saxual.(more in comments dont comment until i say i done).

Its funny because people say things like "dont report meh","so sinful ewe", "dont like dont look", "if you report your a hater". but lemme tell you something:
1: you cant tell people to not report your bad content, thats just as bad.
2: dont normalize this behavior, i bet your parents wouldn't like the idea of nsfw in their childs DS, i dont think you want that confiscated.
3: that argument is invaild because you posted it in the internet for all to see.
3: that just makes the person who wanted to report your bad content feel guilty, which they're not suposed to feel for doing the right thing.

I completly agree. It's sad that kids can get exposed to this stuff at such a young age.

It is not illegal for them to draw such content. It is illegal for them to be shown it by an adult.

anybody under the age of 13 shouldn't even upload paintings to colorslive.com because it is against the the rules that collecting smiles set up

and the nsfw system is used not only for hiding from children, but also to prevent showing certain paintings from those who dont want to see that type of content (even if they are over the age of 18)

prohibited content in colors live prevents nu.dity that crosses the line, which such content can not only get you banned but even serve jail time, if uploaded (but idk if the prohibition also applies to just creation of such content even if not uploaded)

jail time is a consequence for doing smth illegal, and i will report a painting or a comment on colors live (or even any online user-generated content service, including roblox, youtube, minecraft, super mario maker 2, or any other online platform where you can create and share custom content) if necessary
