I have a switch too and after months of my roommates using it, i finally put it in my room and set up an account c: im looking forward to lets go eevee and next years pkmn game.

Im actually pretty disappointed with how Lets Go is looking- it is not what i wanted for a kanto revisit..... Im mostly going to play it to tide me over for next years game, which i have faith will be the best yet.
But yes, DP remakes would make me scream. Hopefully theyd be better than the RS remakes which made my soul sad :'(

I'll post my FC tomorrow after i wake up (im drifting off rn, switch is put away) and ive actually not really been playing anything rn, mostly just getting used to my switch and how it works. I own breath of the wild but its mostly a gift for my roommates.

Maybe if next years pkmn game and DP remakes have cool online features we can play together. I miss playing pkmn online with friends, taking away the PSS was a terrible mistake

Apparently the new games are supposed to be more in line with previous main series games, so thats good!

Im glad you liked them at least! It just ended up being that i enjoyed emerald more. D: oras were just too bare looking for 3ds games. They felt more like a slight upscale than a remake. They should have looked more like gen 7.. Alola is definitely more fleshed out and beautiful as a tropical region, i think.

Maybe but they couldve done better than festival plaza lol. I miss the sense of community, and having to leave my game to go online is lame

Thats interesting, as masuda said the 2019 games would be the 'most graphically impressive' of the franchise so far. And i hope hes right, eevee and pikachu look like a a 3ds game, but in HD xD. Nothing close to what the switch can do lol. Im hoping for graphics on par with yokai watch 4.

I remember playing the yokai watch for 3ds that came out around the time ORAS did and the graphics put the entire 6th gen of pokemon to shame ;_; i wish gamefreak worked harder on how ORAS looked, i hadbeen looking forward the RSe remakes for a long time.

Im replaying platinum and it is a slog!!! As much as i love this game, it is very slow and tedious. Im hoping for a remake that will fix that- and have graphics that are a much bigger leap and higher in quality than ORAS compared to RSE.

I hope gen 8 has an improved multiplayer hub. Something that can be accessed during regular play like the PSS. The PSS was AMAZING and im torn up that they took it away. Its how i met a lot of cool people, and what got me intetested in online play with friends in the first place. I loved seeing everyones comments and kudos between grinding sessions and shiny hunting. It was a lot of fun.

Im still working on some art, but work has been kicking me super hard lately. I'll find motivation to finish soon xD

Miiverse closing down was bittersweet. But by the time it went down id been off miiverse for almost i year so i was a bit detached. I just quietly said goodbye to what had been a pretty emotionally turbulent time in my life that miiverse kinda represented. Never felt true closure though

Watching the utter shitstorm that was miiverses final moments was pretty funny though. Quality content *thumbs up*

Though i think the switch should have something like it....... A social platform for switch gamers to just hang out... Miiverse was neat i guess. Cringey at times. But neat

And i got my shiny shaymin after like 1100 SRs :0 chaining in DPPT was terrible, broken chains and broken hearts xD

Duuuude when i was earning my ged id get my results like 15-20 min later, so riding the bus on my way home id get the results by email. Ipassed my last test by like 5 points and i was SO relieved.

Honestly i see shiny hunters on YT do like, 20k+ tries for a shiny and im like, do they do anything besides shiny hunt?? I somehow doubt it lol. My shaymin hunt was extremely short actually, but i probs wo t do it again lol

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DUDE!!! I started colors when i was 20, so ive been here since almost the beginning. I wonder if the servers will ever go down? I feel like its a dying community. Plus the 3ds system will be obselete soon....
