Tips? Hmm, when drawing something that's emerging from the water, maybe you can try painting water running off the feathers, neck, and head as well? That's all I can really think to say. Wonderful job!!

The only advice I can think of giving is making the water look more...wet? Like more light reflections off it I guess, I dunno I suck at drawing water XD

Ah, I like moon lit pictures! This one is really pretty, and the moon immediately brought my focus to the character!
Tips... Hm, maybe make things a little cleaner? You could try to make the lines a little less scratchy a clean the water up a tiny bit. The pose is awesome; the colors choice and the lighting are pretty. So overall, the picture is very beautiful. :D Well done!!!
