Cobalt is used in cancer treatment so it can Heal broken objects or injuries.
When Cobalt is smelted it releases toxic vapors, so whenever The Cat gets hot it's blue fur glows and releases the toxic vapors which help cool it down but can harm others around it.
Cobalt is magnetic so It can Manipulate metal.
