Kolomos are know for their beautiful flightless wings. They're often found around Souleater tribes, as these species get along well. The normal Kolomos are energetic beings, if not hunting they're giggling at nothing or dancing while showing off their colorful feathers. Normal Kolomos can talk, but they aren't the smartest beings. Though the alpha Kolomo have a high intelligence, they're the one who have the most interaction with the Souleaters, sometimes even having more than a friendship. This causes for very colorful Souleaters, as Souleaters normally have shades of grays with colorful eyes normally. The Alpha Kolomo leads around 2 to 5 normal Kolomos, though there are often seen alpha Kolomos who don't lead any normal Kolomos. They either don't want to lead or have children of themselves. Alpha Kolomos are often called "Kalaras" by the Souleaters, it's named after their god of beauty. Normal Kolomos can turn into Alpha Kolomos, it goes slow but noticeable, the first sign is that their intelligence become unusual higher in a short period of time.

Also, they aren't closed nor open species. It's just a part of something, you may make one but I will consider it a "fan design" or something- like those fantrolls.
