I didn't even think of that, but yeah they DO look like her lips holy shiiit XD
I followed the instructions of a guide someone has posted on Pinterest, just using different colors.
Practicing that helped me kinda realize the shading and lighting for lips and nostrils kek

I didn't realize the nose was that small until I finished because I had it zoomed UNGODLY close for no particular reason X,D

following instructions and tutorials n stuff's good, id always try stuff after seeing tutorials XD a few early pics of mine were reeaaally similiar to stuff i saw in tutorials. one was from @Aquamutt's tutorial on wolves (i used it when i tried to draw a wolf as a gift for @chills, it's in the bottom of #giftaroo i think. it's the yellow wolf)

and i used to zoom in super close to draw things for /ALL THA DETAILS/ XD
i think i finally stopped doing it sometime in 2OI4. nowadays the most i zoom in is like... once, sometimes twice for doing certain text because doing text, even sloppy text, just /wrecks/ my a.ss

I cannot draw at all really unless I zoom; I always end up making it too big.
Idk if it's because the 3ds screen is so tiny or WHAAAT.
But I can totally agree on the text thing; I freaking /HATE/ my handwriting.
