The black scars on his chest on right arm are from Malice, he used his obsidian chains in a attempt to focus nightmare syndrome on the red hair Dreamer, but with Hiiro stoping Mal before he could finish fully corrupted him and the silverblood in Catch the Nightmare syndrome was stop prematurely.(but still has some side effects)
Catch is the only know Dreamer to survive Nightmare syndrome

Re: Ahh, that's true. When it comes to digital, people usually expect vibrant colors and so on, while black and white are considered WIPs. Still, I think you should draw whatever you want to draw. x)
