I is Irish I'm like fourty percent (Maybe less that lol) . Then I'm a quarter Italian and a quarter russian. Then rest is all weird, some english french and native american mashed into it.

If your asking about the side frills on the face yes definatly leave those on. All males generally have frills, the times they don't have frills is if they were neutered. Which is highly unlikely because the species is wild not domestic. :P
The science behind why males have frills is a lot simliar to that of lions. (If you neuter a male lion it will lose it's mane)
