So, Basicly he's a snowman. xD

If temperatures get too hot, He'll start to melt & deform. His brain does too & his behavior is affected.
.
Freezing him/regulating him back to normal cold temp doesn't fix it, it just keeps him from melting anymore & keeps him in his current state. You'd need cover him in ice & snow for a long time for him to recover.
