Bio: He's kinda shy and antisocial, he loves swimming deep underwater, and he is very clumsy and slow when walking/on land.
I just remembered about this dta a couple days ago haha. I prefer the second one's design but the sketch for this one turned out WAY better than the other one. I'll still finish the other one, but idk if it'll turn out as well haha.

Haha anyways, The proportions are great. The whole picture seems very clean to the cut. Wut I mean by that is it's very smooth and pleasing and the expression definiatly adds something good job! :D
