ok so..... if you were a scientist and you found an empty dimsension right near yours, you'd build a mall too right??

thats what this is, basically. its the easiest coordinates to get to when hopping dimensions, resulting in a lot of people finding it. they decided to make it like a lobby of sorts and educate new scientists from less advanced dimensions who stumble upon it.

the language barrier is now null due to a translator device someone invented. yay.
