She was transferred from a different hospital.

She has a disorder which causes her to believe that everything is "legal" in a way. She can't tell right from wrong because she thinks there is no wrong. This is also accompanied by violent thoughts and tendencies.
The "Good kid medicine" is actually illegal to have. Somehow Jolánka manage to sneak it in lol. Normally it acts like a deadly poison. But her species is not effected by that. It puts her more in a numb state. Where she won't have her violent thoughts.
She rarely talks to other patients. Mostly to workers. And she tries to cover her horns by putting a blanket over her head. :V
