Lumen would walk through the market place. Inspecting the many well grown vegetables and classic spices. But his eye was looking for a certain item. The Umbrall Truffle. A rare mountain fungi that is a famous delicacy of the Elven people. He wanted to purchase one and bring it back to Akara and Tyrell and cook it.

"Hmmm...."

I mean even if you did, i would easily forgive you, your my friend after all.

(Also my moms nagging me to do something, will you still be on 30 or so minutes from now?)

(Aye. That's a relief :D)

Lumen would be looking for the Unbrall Truffle. His eyes scanning each and every vendors carts.
"Hmmm....No....Nope.....Lets see..."

"Yo pretty boy" Prima said from next to a book stall. "Didn't think i'd see you around here"

Lumen would recognize the voice. He would instantly remember the ' ' Incident ' ' at the Citrine Spring Festival.

"l-lady Prima.....We meet again..."

Lumen's ear would twitch nervously.

"W-well I often come here for the wonderful cuisine......And a c-certain delicacy..."

(XD i will never stop loving that 'incident')

Delicacy? What would that be? and you know how to cook?

Lumen would straighten his robes and reply:
"The Umbrall Truffle. An extremely rare species of Fungi often found around the dark and Moist caves near this town. It is normally poisonous. Unless carefully cut and made into parfait....Oh...And yes...I can cook. I specialize in deserts mostly though..."

(its okay! No rush ^0^)

... This, unmfra truffle thiny can be made into a parfait!? " Prima says a bit excited at hearing the mention of a dessert. And you say it's a delicacy to? "... if... i were to help you find it... would you be willing to make said dessert for me?"

Lumen would nod.

"I could. especially if they have more than one for sale. I would gladly introduce you to this desert. It is quite delectable."

Yes! Prima yelled happily sense this was a once in a lifetime chance for her, she then grabs and hugs Lumens arm and begins to pull him. what stalls or shops have you looked through yet? we need to search each and every place that sells food!

Lumen would flinch as his arm was grabbed and put into a power vice.

"L-lady Prima....P-please unhand my ar-"

Lumen would cease his attempt at breaking free. For she had him in a iron vice. He would try not to make this a scene amongst the other passerby.

"W-well I have checked all the stalls here at the m-market place....We'll have to go to a s-specialists shop...In the upper district."

(I realize with the way Prima is holding Lumens arm, xD his arm is being sqeezed into her chest)

A specialist?like a truffle specialist? Prima looks up to lumen questioningly.

Lumen would be trying not to blush. But it was all to obvious.

"S-sort of....You'll see when we get there....."

(yup xD)

(Typo'd myself. *Lumen would be trying to look distinguished whilst blushing. But it was all to obvious to others he was flustered*.)

I suppose i will, lets go then, Prima drags lumen off to the upper district.

(I swear i spend more time fixing typo's then anything else.)

Lumen would stumble as he was dragged.

"W-Woah!"

"T-There...The shop with the green paint..."

The shop would say: House of strange & Unusual substances.

Strange & unusual? tha'ts a odd name for someplsce to have, i imagine this place is expensive... really expensive. painfully expensive.

(Prima's doesn't make a lot, so she's become a cheepskate)

(XD AND I TYPO ANYWAYS! Prima doesn't make a lot of money.)

Lumen would explain as they approached the shop.

"Well...The Umbrall Truffle...Is uh....technically considered a poisonous substance....."

Lumen would nod.

"It is, actually.....its exorbitant the gratuity they demand for their wares....Its actually staggeringly high..."

Prima could not help but cringe hearing how expensive this place was. upon entering the shop she see's a bevy of strange (And high priced things.) things.

The shop would smell of exotic concoctions. The rhythmic sound of a cauldron boiling could be heard in the background.

"Lets see.....It should be in the Fungi and Mold section....."

They would pass jars of green liquid. Orange vines coilded around dead potted plants. The people inside the shop would be as mysterious as the merchandise. Women in blue hoods would shuffle out of the shop shortly after they enter. A unusually tall masked man would just finish a transaction at the main desk.

Lumen would speak.

"The Umbrall Truffle should be a abyssal black. Without any color deviations..."

(Typo: *Coiled*)

(We really are haunted by typo's xD)

This thing here? Prima picks up a... weird black thing that she had no idea what it was without thinking... is it safe to be picking up strange things in this shop with my bare hands? she ask lumen.

Lumen would shrug.

"N-no one has died here yet....But indeed what your holding is a Umbrall Truffle. I can't believe I overlooked it...I wonder whats wrong w-with me..."

"Do not worry...It is only poisonous if devoured...."

(2:15AM is when I turn in. So we have a bit longer ^0^)

(Okay! we have a little over 30 mins)

Probably my constant teasing of you, Prima says with a sly smile handing the truffle to lumen before walking over to the counter to look at some more weird things in the shop.

Lumen would take the truffle in his free hand.

"Er-eh....Uh...eh..."

He would grab a second truffle before being slowly dragged by Prima as she walked to the counter. They would see: Strange powders. Potions of varying types. Ranging from: Death. Stench. Freeze. Love. Paralyze. Burn. Blind and many more. The counter would also have books on Alchemy-Chemistry and Herbology.

He would have both truffles in his only free arm.

"T-This place is both interesting and frightening..."

Is a death potion even legal, she whispers not wanting to bring unnecessary attention. interesting though, finally letting go of his arm to look through one of the rare books she couldn't afford.

Lumen would whisper back.

"You know?....I don't think it is?..."

Lumen would retract his now free arm. He would shake it to awaken the muscles in it again. And also to cool it down. Since it had been sitting in one place for quite awhile.

He would see her looking at the book.
He would then check his money bag.

"Hmmmmm....."

"S-so?.....You find that b-book interesting? if so...I could...p-purchase it for you...I should have enough...."

(I shall await your characters reply before I go to sleep)

HOLY GODDESS YOUR THAT LOADED!?...Erm i mean... you don't need to worry about me, i just can't help but love books of all types, no matter how tempting it is i won't ask you to buy it for me. Besides, you did offer to make me an expensive parfait that i may or may not regret eating, asking for more would be greedy.

"M-milord pays me well....Not to say this won't d-dent my pocket....Whether or not your asking....I shall purchase it....The merchandise here is constantly out of stock. And the books and tomes are one of a kind...Mostly...So please allow me to purchase you at least one...."

Lumen would sweep his hair aside as he went to speak.

"You won't regret a single bite. I swear once you taste a morsel you will be hooked....As it is...The fact that you think it would be greedy...Lets me know your not a greedy individual..."

Prima stares at Lumen for awhile before looking away slightly embarrassed by his kindness. " w-well, who am i to say no when you insist on being so kind, you can buy it for me... but only if your really sure."

Lumen nodded as he set grabbed coins from his money container.

"I am absolutely sure Lady Prima, I should be able to make back what I spend here. And I am grateful to have someone test taste the dish I am to procure."

"So... about Akara... do you know if he would happen to be looking for someone like, a wizard or something to work for him? i hate to say this but i am without work, and am unable to pay rent. i'm pretty sure i'm going to be living on the streets very soon, and i have no one to ask to stay with so...?"

Lumen frowned as he heard the frightful news.

"I-I had no idea, I am glad that you told me, I would hate to think what would have happened if I had not heard this news, I am sure I could convince milord Akara to get you a job at the castle. And it is not like any slum, the servant's quarters are quite nice. 15 rooms of paradise I would say."

"Erk! S-s-servant!?" At the mention of the word servant prima could not help but lose her otherwise (More or less) well kept composer. "There is no way i'm going to be a servant, i mean i guess it makes sense sense he is a royal and all, but... being a servant? No way no how! i wouldn't be able to live with the embarrassment."
"Er... not that there's anything wrong with it i mean... um..." Prima went quiet after that as she was not sure what to say after that and hoping she didn't insult lumen.

(T-T Prima's pretty arrogant at times, she normally tries to keep that secret though)

Lumen lowered his head awkwardly before replying. He knew that not everybody was comfortable with the idea of becoming a servant.

"W-Well...There are not many options legally explain your living at the Citrine castle....Option one is that you could be a servant like myself.....The second option would require you to be an accountant, but milord Akara already takes care of his paperwork. Third option would be for you to be an apprentice of someone in the castle, or to be married to someone in the castle. And the last option would require you to be a Retainer to Lord Akara. All are plausible......I would say anyway."

"M-MARRIED!?" Prima's face became red from the idea of marriage. Whom exactly are you suggesting i would marry!?

(Its no problem at all! I was eating Pizza Hut anyways ^0^)

Lumen looked a bit flustered from this, he had not noticed how weird the statement may come off. He mean't it to be merely a statement of factual possibility.

"W-well, I-I had not exactly had anyone in mind. Th-The only people in the c-castle at the moment is Lord A-akara, Tyrell and m-myself....And the gardener Randal....B-but he is getting rather elderly...so I doubt...you would...."

Lumen was not happy with the awkward situation he was now in, and it was regrettably self inflicted.

(Dis be hilarious stuff here! xD can't get enough x3x)

Yourself!? Prima stares at Lumen for a long time a bit surprised at hearing that. are you saying your interested in me? she said wide eyed.

Lumen recoiled at this. since he once again had not expected his words to be interpreted as such. But now he was cornered, the question she asked was one that would be extremely hard for him to wriggle out of. for he was AWFUL at lying.

"....................I-I-I-w-Was s-stating wh-who were c-current resi-dents! I-I-Did not mean to Im-ply- I mean- Pl-I mean-Just-had not- I-Eh-you are v-very attractive b-but I-er- It..."

Lumen gulped loudly. He did not know what to say. He wished he had never mentioned ANY of the options and just left it at: "I will speak to milord about it."

Prima kept staring at lumen, then gave a knowing smile. She then turned around heading for the exit. Yes, please do speak with him when you get the time, i've had enough of this stuffy place though, i'm ready to leave when you are." She said still smiling.

(Yup! People are probably wondering what the hell is our characters problem xD)

People inside the specialist's shop were not only staring, but also whispering to each-other about how strange the two were acting . Meanwhile, Lumen was still flustered. His face riddled with an un-concealable blush that raged on. He quickly placed money on the counter for the clerk and sped over to Prima with items in hand. Lumen had once again gulped nervously when he saw Prima's disarming smile.

"I-...Er-....Well....I will Lady Prima....A-and yes...I would n-not mind getting some fresh air..."

(T^T Sorry iro, fam keeps talking to me about stuff. will have to cut this short, it was nice roleplaying with you, and i hope we can do it again sometime!)

Lumen walked to the door of the shop. Lumen grabbed the hand and opened the door. A blast of moderately cool fresh air brushed by him as he opened it.

"Ah, that is refreshing...."

(xD That means your starting it off right?)

"So, where are we going to make this dessert anyways? i presume your house?" Prima said as she followed him outside.

Lumen paused for a second, he had not thought about where he was to cook the truffles.

"Er...Well, now that I think about it, I regrettably did not think this through...."

Lumen thought to himself: "In the chaos....I had not thought about where I was to prepare the Truffles.....come on...think...think..."

Lumen tapped his chin in thought.

'Well, there are a few options we can consider. We can take a 2 day trip to Castle Citrine, where I have full access to all of the necessary equipment to prepare it with ease. Or we can try and ask around town to see if someone will let perfect strangers into their kitchen's long enough to turn a possibly volatile substance into a delectable dessert. Or we can go to your place, that is if it is not a 2 day trip."

"There's 2 issue's with my place, 1 i don't have many cooking supplies, and 2... i also live in citrine... i hadn't realized how limited our choices were, i don't know how many people would be willing to let strangers use there kitchen... so..." Prima was not sure what else to say as she stood there.

Lumen tapped his foot in thought.

"I see.....We both live in Citrine.....and this town is in Citrine...But both of our dwellings are far from here.....And it is unlikely that anyone would just allow us to use their kitchens for cooking....There must be something we can do...I must prepare these truffles....It would be a shame if these went to waste...."

Lumen thought for a moment, then it hit him. He knew where they could go.

"Ah! I have an idea! It would still be a long trek, but the Servant's Guild campus is half a days travel from here. Since I remember when I was there, the cook who was teaching me how to cook the truffle properly, said that the stress on the deliveryman would be miniscule, due to the town where the truffles are commonly sold, is only a short distance away. And me being a curious person at heart, asked the delivery man the next time he came by the Guild-grounds."

"Servants guild campus? Is that where you went to learn how to be a butler lumen? i'm actually rather amazed they have a hole place dedicated to serving, i wouldn't think it's a hard thing to learn."

Lumen smiled as he nodded to what Prima said.

"Indeed, that is where I learned much of the knowledge I have now. And yes, normally it is not to hard of a trade to learn, but. The Servants Guild is for making someone a near perfect servant. And the standards at the Guild is extremely high. We are trained in several languages, Cooking, Mathematics, Grammar, Geography, Knitting, Fencing, Diplomatic etiquette, Table manners, Ballroom dancing, Law, Bartending, First Aid, And an extensive knowledge of magic and the supernatural, Floral arranging. Aroma Therapy. Agricultural Information and chemistry Etcetera.

"Wow, your more talented than i thought, *Chuckles* you know how to knit?" She said as she began walking, but stopped realizing. " I uh suppose you outa lead the way, considering i don't know which direction the servants guild is, urm Lumen, would it be alright if i asked you some personal questions along the way?"

Lumen lowered his head bashfully.

"I-I am a bit talented....But I am greatly overshadowed by many I would think. Ah, yes Knitting. I know how to do that quite well. In fact, I made a scarf a long time ago I have yet to use."

Lumen following Prima as she spoke, until she stopped and suggested he took the lead.

"Ah, you are right, I shall do so."

Lumen walked up so that he was only a tad bit ahead of Prima. He was not used to walking ahead of anyone since it was common practice for servants to walk behind superiors, and that it was forbidden (Unless given orders) to walk ahead of those who were not servants.

"P-personal questions? Go right ahead.... It is only fair, since you divulged the personal information about your current financial situation."

(Typo: *Lumen *Was* following)

"Soooo... are you still still a virgin lumen?" Prima ask entirely straight faced.

Lumen, had not been expecting this question. He flinched at it.

"L-lady Prima...That is completel-"

Lumen sighed, for he had said it was okay for her to ask personal questions. And he did not specify what kind of personal they were limited to. So he regained his composure.(Sort of regained xD)

"W-well....I come from a noble family that values tradition over almost everything else....And common tradition is that you are to be married before you.."

Lumen searched his mind for a...... "Delicate" alternative to the normal terms used.

"..Replicate........And, it is not like I have had very many opportunities to get involved in a relationship.......Also, I have to be careful who I choose....Since I have taken a family oath.....One that has been practiced by my family for decades....The oath is that I shall not marry another woman if my first marriage falls apart. So if I choose the wrong person, and they decide to leave me, or die......Or become corrupt and evil. I shall not be permitted to Re-Marry......So yes, I have not.....Replicated yet...."

(XD Replicate, thats a new way of wording it)

Prima smiled unintentionally upon hearing that. So no one has kissed you yet either? have you ever been attracted to anyone? Also... i don't recall ever seeing your body, are you well built? scranny?

(xD He shouldn't have said personal)

Lumen looked uncomfortable.

"N-no......No one has........And......I have...found people appealing....but it was not convenient to start anything.....And I never have the time....And what if they got hurt?...."

Lumen gulped a bit of spit in.

"Er....Well...I am not exactly burly.....but I keep myself in prime shape for wielding weaponry.....Running long distances....Also...Being of a....Preriat elven line....I do not need to work very hard at increasing my speed...Since Preriat elves are a combination of Lux elven and Fairy....Or Fay... as it were....So I guess you could say I am....In good health..."

"Can i see?" Prima looks at lumen curiously.

(Sorry bout the wait. Had to take care of something ^0^)

Lumen paused for a second. He was extremely shy about these kind of things. But all of these were signs that His master Akara said for him to look for, so he decided to take his masters advice.

"Er....L-Lady Prima.....Y-you have asked quite a lot of questions....It is about time I asked you a question........"

(Np, ive had to disappear a couple of times already)

Prima was a bit surprised at this and was a bit hesitant to answer.
"Erm, i mean i guess it's fair with all the questions i asked you, so ask away sir lumen."

Lumen nodded. He once again had a long pause before speaking.

"Th-thank you Lady Prima....Well....You see...You have been asking all these....Rather....provocative questions....Is it possibly that you are....Attracted to me?...... Or am I jumping to conclusions?...."

That. that made prima absolutely lose it. (xD is that the right wording?)
Prima felt the immediate blush on her face and couldn't help but panic.

"T-t-t-that... i-i-i, you weren't, i mean, it's a, umm, um. So um where getting close to the servants place right." She siad totally avoiding the question.

Prima was desperately trying to hide her face and embarrassment at the unexpected question.

Lumen smiled deviously. Not only did he turn the tables, but he also knew the answer. He felt relieved that she reacted that way. He wanted to have some fun getting a wee bit of playful payback before dropping the subject. But he did not want to push it too far as to make her want to leave him.

Lumen looked over his shoulder while he walked. His grin was mischievously bright.

"Hmmmm.....I am not sure.....Is the time passing faster because you enjoy being around me? Or is it going slower because you loathe my presence?"

Lumen knew that just like him, Prima was not a good liar.

(Aye, I am up to my ears in typos. I feel your pain xD)

(xD He totally just cornered her with that question)

"Eh!? I-i mean i don't... um, dislike you, o-obviously, but uh, w-we're, um... i mean you."
Prima hade no idea what to say, she didn't want to say friends as she didn't him to think her interest were simply friendly, but at the same time she didn't want him to know her feelings for him.

AQUAINTANCES! Yes, your a very close aquaintance?

Lumen smiled as he swept his hair back. He was not finished yet.

"Acquaintances....Very close Acquaintances....You know, now that I think about it, a lot of people start out that way, but begin to feel more than common companionship....But, I will go ahead and take that as a solid answer. On to my next question Very close Acquaintance. Why did you ask all of those questions?"

(xD i see what you did there)

"Um..." Prima went silent, she could not figure out a way to explain her questions without her interest in him showing. She could feel the warmth on her face from all the blushing.

(Hey hairo? i might have to disapear for 30-20 minutes, should we continue this after i comeback or tomorrow? xD this is to much fun)

(I am unsure whether or not I can stay awake much longer :-; How about we continue this sometime tomorrow? I would be cool with that ^0^)

Prima could not believe how far the tables had turned on her, she had never been this confused in a situation like this before, cause usually she was the one in control.

Lumen stopped walking for a moment and looked at Prima, an innocent look on his face.

"Really? Those were pretty personal questions, especially the first question. Are you being honest with me, my ' ' Very Close Acquaintance?' ' Because last time I checked, close acquaintances were completely honest with each other."

Lumen was giggling internally, he had sprung the ultimate trap. He wanted to see how she would escape it. He liked this game of Cat and mouse that they were now playing. It was extremely entertaining.

Having not noticed lumen had stopped walking cause she was doing everything to avoid eye contact with him, she accidentely crashed into him.
"o-oops, i'm s-sorry"- she stopped mid sentences realizing how close she was standing to him, "eh! I-i'm sorry" she said as she tried to back away but ended up tripping over her own feet.

(That took to long, xD i was trying to fix all the typo's i made before i posted it. :u we cannot escape them)

Lumen stumble a bit from being bumped into, but quickly steadied his feet.

"Oof....It is no problem at all, it happens to the best of us."

Lumen saw her stumble backwards and quickly acted. Lumen's best attribute all in all, was his uncanny agility. He quickly rushed forward, catching both of Prima's hands and steadying her. The speed in which he moved, was enough to send leaves and blades of grass floating into the air.

Prima went silent, her face looking towards the ground still trying to hide her embarasment, she knew she should thank him for catching her, but her voice only came out in squeaks.

(Ninja Lemon Candle xD dats gotta be drawn xD what is funny is that Lumen tried to do a similer thing with Akara, since he fell over out of his seat xD Sent papers flying everywhere x3x)

Lumen smiled warmly, he knew that if he did not stop with the teasing, she might get more flustered and trip again. So he held her hands for a few moments before letting go. Making sure she was not going to stumble again.

"Oh well, I think that is enough questions for now...."

Lumen swept his hair out of his face before continuing.

"Just know that I do not mind if you are attracted to me....In fact, I would find it rather....exciting...."

(Lumens the best ninja lemon candle. xD)

After lumen had let go, prima took that as a chance to calm down, taking breaths trying to slow her heartbeat while lumen talked

LUMEN! she yelled before grabbing lumen by the collar of his shirt. (Deja vu)

Lumen paused. Prima once again had him by the collar of his robe. He gulped in fright. For he thought he might have gone to far.

"Er....L-Lady Prima?...wh-What.?... D-P-please do not hurt me......Did I overstep?..."

(Eeeeeyup! Deja vu xD)

"Prima paused for a moment building up courage, M-maybe... i... do." she said very quitely

Lumen was still a bit uncomfortable with her being so close, but was glad with what he heard. And smiled warmly to try and comfort her.

"Well....I must be an honest....I-I do...."

Lumen shrugged nervously. A bit of sweat dripping down his brow.

"G-good, then we should be off, i think i see that place we were going to in the distance."

she said as she let go of his shirt and began walking.

(xD wait a sec, does that make them official or not?)

Lumen brushed himself off. He pulled out a finely folded linen handkerchief from his robe. He wiped it over his forehead to clear away the sweat.

"Indeed...we are just standing in the middle of the dirt road..."

Lumen bowed to Prima before offering his hand, standing up straight to try and look dignified.

"Well Prima....I ask for permission to escort you to the Servants Guild Campus by hand...."

(I most certainly am! i love these 2. :D)

Prima stared at his hand for a bit before taking it." You, have my permission."

(I'm weirdly sleepy, (Probably cause i stayed up most of the night) i think i might go to take a napper for now, it was awesome rping with you today haiiro!)
