Jack used to be the second in command for the time branch of the military before it was broken up due to an "accident" with a higher up, a gun and a friend. Following the accident where his friend was killed he burned down the building the event happened in leading to his exile at the age of I9. For the next two years Jack with a friend named Cory began trying to bring his old friend back.
The next thing knows his sight blinks out and he's lost in a seemingly void filled world of darkness and confusion.
