Shes a Ice Elemental Dragon, her main defense/weapon is her Plasma Blasts..
There ice cold to the touch, and can burn the skin.
The scars on her legs, are from an older dragon.
Bleeding and bruised, she found shelter in a cave..
This cave just so happened to be the home of a dragon named Cyril (Yes Spyro nerd here)
