Yeah she has been like this ever since MLP gen 4 came out xP I miss gen three, still have all of my collection. (80 ponies or so)

tbh, i think in canon, pinkie does have a mental illness of some sort. the way she acts in party of one when she thinks that her friends dont care anymore, yeaaa. not to mention how her upbringing wasnt the best.
