Maybe a fire emblem character? Some have more exaggerated facial features than others depending on the game but some are pretty realistic!

When I was practice realism, I did observations and sketched them in a notepad. Hmm....you could try flowers or even animals for a start.

For people who are trying to stretch their talent of art to new levels, I'd recommend a fruit or a basket of fruit or an eye. They're pretty easy to draw. If you use the right shading in the right places, it looks pretty cool.

Try drawing nature, like trees and stuff :P
