I highly doubt you're disgusting- only scum is deserving of such a label, and you do not seem to be scum. You don't act like scum.

We tend to be quite harsh on ourselves, and, in our own eyes, our bad qualities drown out the good. (The saying that you are your harshest critic is absolute truth.)
