The human form of the Niironox, they keep their horns and quills on their bodies, along with their tails and their hindlegs are pretty much the same in both forms.
They don't typically wear clothes, some of their species do, finding it humiliating to walk around nude in their human forms. Tobias isn't one of them.
Although middle aged for his kind, he comes across to many as young and playful, to his kind that is. His appearance alone tends to scare off humans, no matter how harmless he tries to appear.
His mouth looks the same in his dragon form.
When I hold an adopt for these guys, keep in mind, females have shorter quills, in both forms.
Where their glowing stripes are and the outfits they wear is completely up to whoever owns them
