Well, it might be creepy, but if there is a ghost, it might not neccisarily be harmful!
If you want to investigate, attics and basements seem like good places for spooky stuff.
Not saying I have a ghost in my house... that would be interesting though.

If you want a non-paranormal explaination...
The tapping and knocking could be animals such as mice crawling around in your walls or ceiling. Things could fall of the shelves because, ur... the shelf is tilted slightly? and the chills could be from leaving a window slightly open?

Do you have any mirrors in your house? If yes, how many?
I might have a something that could prove if you do have a ghost or not.

Well, like I said, the falling things might get annoying, but maybe whatever's moving them isn't dangerous.

Just saying, but if you want interesting ghost stories (and other creepy stuff) there's a YouTuber who I watch quite a lot, and she also gets scratching in the walls and stuff! She's called Jessi Vee (might've spelled that wrong) and I reccomend checking her out...

Interesting, I'm agreeing with the person above who said it isn't dangerous, creepy as it may be it won't hurt you, usually if a ghost is malevolent you'll get scratches on you or feel dark feelings such as anger and the want to harm someone. If none of that has happened to you, you're safe I'm sure.

at night in my attic i can hear a ball bounce sometimes. not sure if that's helpful XD
