Ahhhh... I don't know why I didn't comment on your last post, but I want you to know that I understand how it feels. I had my cat for 11 years, so I don't even remember getting him. Right before vacation (which was to the beach, but I'm not a beach person) he had a kidney failure. My dad is a vet so we put him down at home.. (I don't mean to start sounding selfish but tbh I still have nightmares about that day)
I'm glad you've been able to find comfort in art. Whenever I go to draw my old cat, I hate how he looks in my style and end up hating myself and breaking down really badly..
