He's not an OC. Some AU was made up by Izy about how Fish was actually a fish in the ocean once and escaped to land after being caught by some evil animal scientist while also being chased down by a group which included a shark and a blue whale and some other sea creature I don't remember.
So yeah I just drew his design. I wanted to see how he looked in my style.
