Cores have the tradition of celebrating a different element each month of the year. Fear, as the 11th element, is bunched with Telekinesis in the same month. Sadly, it's usually not pleasant for Fear Cores, as other Cores don't understand fully how they operate, and that they aren't violent beasts that scare people just to feed off of them. But when everyone is having fun scaring each other, it becomes much harder for Fear Cores to control themselves.
