Ever since her parents told her of their adventures and how her dad is actually a human (which she doubts) She's been excited since!
She is a naive, energetic, mom-like pokemon who sometimes forgets about her own needs for the sake of others.
Though she can be annoying, she believes that she will make a great addition to any team and will try her best!

I really like her ^^ I might draw her more often, most likely more gijinka form (mainly human, not pokemon) ^^ Expect to see more of her!!
Fun Fact: Hikari means "Light" in Japanese!
and, Hikari's markings on her i guess "ears" glow when she uses thunder punch and (when she learns it) Aura Sphere!
