Fifeo is another experiment from the New Life Labs. He was one of the other hybrids who was somewhat stable, unlike Xenon. He is a toy-poodle/human hybrid who currently works at a small cafe with the rest of the surviving hybrids, including Xenon. His and the other remaining hybrids' memories were all erased to prevent any sort of fights which could potentially cause a lot of damage.
He is very obedient and always listens to his master's orders.
