Navy's real name is Dave (don't tell Warren).
Cognito and Navy were both spies for the U.S. Her job was to disguise as a news reporter and interview Warren. But they ended up loving each other and she resigned, then lived with Warren. Her and Navy are still great friends (Navy loves her, so it's pretty much a love triangle).
