Goooosh i love the endless vastness of space, shadings starting to make sense to me to. Man i should've added a shooting star. probably will add later then post it to DA.

I don't really know how you see the design but I think floor length hair is good, I personally love long haired bois idk why tho :v
The horns can stay or if you don't like them maybe try making the horns look like Corona's ? (like how they tip on opposite sides)
I also don't know what the clothes were about to be but try making it ropeish(?) with a royality look to it? Idk if you finished playing pokemon sun or moon but you know Lana? (I think that was her nane) You remember the gold (lace?) thing on her head I think that would look good as a crown or any head piece :>
OH AND since he's based off the sea goat how about putting bells in his design? (I only thing when I think of goats is 'bbaaaa' and bells x'DD) And for colors from what I said I think most of the things I suggested would go well with gold, any shade of blue, black, white, red, and purple :>
