He's nonbinary. He doesn't really act like a girl, but also acts way more cutesy than you'd expect from a guy. Fortunately, in his plane, nonbinary is the norm. Gender, especially binary ones, exist in their culture only because of their ties to human dreams. His pronouns are he/him or xe/xim.
