I've been good. Same old, same old, I guess. What's got you so tied up with the fatigue and stress?

Ah exam reviews, AP stuff and a pet had to go to the ER. It just hasn't been a good week for me ^^;

I see. Exams suck, but medical problems in the family suck more. I'm sorry to hear that. Is your pet ok?

Yeah he made it through, he has to stay inside for a few weeks but the vet said that he should be okay.
Anyways thanks for listening :)

I don't know where anyone is, I haven't been keeping track of TDS in the last few months. I'll watch and jump in if I'm needed.

Oh yeah, since TDS is ending, I'm not going to bother redesigning Maelstrom or rewriting his story. I'll just wing my way through this, and maybe in the future I'll make all the changes that I had planned.

This is so slow I probably won't be able to stick around. I'll try to jump in sometime later.

Well, let's see, Maldius is heading back to BlackIce and Sherry, I think the Necromancer just got through talking with Casta (right?), I think Nitikia, Gemini, Teresa, and Alfred are still in Solaris, Maelstrom's off on his own... and that's the best I can remember.

@Lilly That sounds right to me. Should I perhaps start?

(Okie dokie.) {In Wyrvane, Biceras is closing down her shop in preparation to head home for the night. However, when she turns around to head for the door, the Necromancer is standing there. She nearly falls over in surprise}"Aaah! Don't sneak up on me like that!
Necromancer:" I need your help with something. Get your tools and follow me.
Biceras:"Not even a hello? Or a please or thank you? I must say, your manners have degraded ever since you went to that horrible land." {The two depart.}

{Meanwhile, Vitis is with Maldius as they run for the mountain cave where Blackice is guarding Sherry}:"Hurry! I think they might be on to us!"

The dark purple dragon growls quietly to himself, picking up speed as he dashes up the side of the mountain.

Sherry stays curled up beside BlackIce, unwilling to go back to the freezing prison cell. "... Mister Ice, I don't have to go back in there, do I...?" (Just reply when you can, Shadow)

Deep in the underground caverns of the Aquilam mountains, dark smoke sifted thickly through the tunnels. In the few places where magma glowed, it could be seen that something was off with the cave walls. The stone was artificially warped and marred as if a giant's talons had violently pulled at it and then blasted it with fire, sculpting the rock into unnatural formations. Scorch marks liked the floors and walls. Somewhere within the maze of tunnels, a faint clicking could be heard - footsteps. Then, from the smoke emerged an abomination of a dragon, forged of half metal and half flesh. The mechanical limbs that once replaced his missing parts were gone; in place was solid gold material, yet still it moved as if it were living flesh with flexing muscles beneath. The metal adorned his sides like armor and protruded from his shoulders, giving his form a twisted semblance, and his glass eye flickered to life with a deathly red glow. In a deep, murderous growl which echoed down the tunnel, Maelstrom parted his jaws, voice dripping with vengeance. "Playtime is over. Operation Blood Rose continues now."

(Welcome back Shadow! That must be stressful. Dx)

{After a short while, Biceras arrives with the Necromancer at his lair.} Biceras: So, what's so important that you had to drag me all the way out here in the middle of the night?{The Necromancer shows her the remains of Maelstrom's drone.} Biceras:"Where did you get this?"
Necromancer:"My minions found it. It belongs to Maelstrom."
Biceras:"...And what do you want me to do?"
Necromancer:"I need you to take it apart and tell me how it works. It is of utmost importance that I figure out how to effectively deal with these things."
Biceras:"Ok, but I'm keeping this one as payment when I'm done. I could get rich off selling these things to the Chrysos government and elite if I can figure out how to reproduce them.
Necromancer:"Deal."

(Hey, Shadow! I hope all goes well with those. It doesn't sound fun. .n.)

(Aww, that stinks, @Shadow, I hope you're able to get a good job soon :/ )

( @Fade Looks to me like Maelstrom's difficulty level just went up a few notches. 0_0')

( @Aggron: Lol. For the sake of not going OP, I've trashed all his robot minions - he's an army of one now. XD)

(Also, you'll soon learn the dark secrets of Maelstrom's ability... and what it is just capable of doing.)

( @Aggron: Oh wait, in your post you're planning on discovering the weaknesses of Maelstrom's robots? I've kinda put the idea away, but either I can bring them back and downgrade Mael or they can use that knowledge on Maelstrom himself, as he's nearly the same as his minions.)

( @Fade The latter choice, if at all. I love the fact that Maelstrom found his own weakness and improved upon his own design. If you want, what Biceras learns from the robot could just be obsolete data as a result of Maelstrom's improvements. Your choice.)

(Oh, he still has his main weakness, but he has a way to temporarily cover it up. I'll reveal it later on if he gets into a fight, and if I can't describe it well then I'll just explain it.)

Black ice look to the Frozen cell then back to the little Dragonette with a frown on his face "mmmm... My boss won't be happy with me if your not in their by time he gets back though..."

The sleepy little dragonet slowly gets up, rubbing her eyes as she looks up at her captor. "... Could you at least stay with me...?" Sherry asks, quietly.

Black ice look up in though //he said to not let her out.... He didn't say about me going in? But thin again I wasn't supposed to be nice ether...// Looking back to the sleepy Dragonette "OK..I guess..." Ice start to walk to the cell

(Uh-oh, Mal is not going to like this.)

(Hey, Shadow, do you want to continue with Gemini, Alfred, and Nitika? I think last time Nitika asked Gemini if she wanted to visit Chrysos.)

Sherry smiles faintly and follows BlackIce, curling up into a ball on the ground. "Thank you, Mister Ice," she says, ending her sentence with a squeaky yawn.

Alfred smiled and tilted his head at Nikita "you have family in Chrysos to right? We can always stop and say hello well we're there?" He said cheerfully

Black ice gently Pat Sherry on the head "good night little one..." The black dragon lade his head down and close his eyes

Nitika gave Alfred a slight smile and a nod. //It may just be better if we avoid my family at the moment...
If they didn't want me visiting Aquilam, what would they think of Gemini and Teresa...?// She glanced at Gemini, noticing her nervousness.
"...Don't we need some form of permission for you to visit Chrysos...?" She asked, recalling that Alfred had to call her his nursemaid for her to be a legal visitor.

{Biceras proceeds to disassemble the drone. A draugr walks up to the Necromancer and whispers something to him.}"Biceras, I need to go check up on something. I won't be long."{Biceras just grunts as a response as the Necromancer departs.}

Gemini look at Nikita as she spoke, "that is true...I don't even know where I'll go to get permission..."
folded her ears back and look down //not like my father would care what happened to use now...// She thought bitterly to herself.

Alfred put his paw to his chin in though "true, true, well we should get permission from an a visor or something here in Aquilam, and for Chrysos as long as your with me we shouldn't have a problem!" Clapping his hand together with a big grin "so, should we get going?"

( @Lilly You still here?)

"Yes, it would probably be best if we leave soon." Nitika said, thinking about how she and Gemini were ambushed by Blackice at the palace. //But would it actually be safer to leave Solaris? Blackice could be waiting right outside the city...//
"...But we should be careful..." She added quietly.

Gemini was nervous about leaving to //we don't even know what out there...Well my dad out there...//

Alfred smile "OK, sounds like a plan to me Nikita! Off to Chrysos we go!" hoping cheerfully the gray dragon start to make his way down the hall.

Gemini rub her forehead "there no stoping him when something on his mind is their?" She said under her breath with a faint smile, looking over at Nikita "I guess we should try, to keep an eye on him so he doesn't brake anything"

"I heard that! "Alfred voice echo down the hallway

Gemini chuckled "come on let's go" she said to Nikita with a smile

( @Aggron Yeah, sorry, I got super distracted because I just beat The Last Guardian 'XP )

Maldius leaps up the mountain, glancing once behind him in case they're being followed. "We're almost there..."

Nitika couldn't stop herself from giggling a little at Gemini's remarks about Alfred. She was happy to be with her two friends, although she was absolutely terrified of what might happen next. Thoughts of who might get hurt, or what could go wrong flew through her mind. As she followed Alfred and Gemini through the halls, her tail twitched nervously. //Just relax. Worrying isn't going to help anyone...//

( @Lilly How is that game? I heard good things about it.)

{From behind Alfred and his friends, a guard begins to inconspicuously follow the group. //Planning to leave against Erwen's wishes, eh? Darn Chrysos dogs got no respect for our government. It'll be the dungeon for you three!//}

{Vitis looks about, seeing dragon draugrs flying overhead, unaware of their presence.}

After making their way outside Alfred look to the girls "the fastest way would be to fly, that's if your up to again?"
Gemini was looking around nervously, she couldn't help but think her father as going to ambushed again.

Alfred rub the back of his head" relax You two I don't hear anything, I'm sure the worst is over!"

"Stahp right there!" {The guard rushes up to the group} "Going somewhere?" (Insert police sirens and Cops theme song here.)

"I'm not--" Nitika started, but suddenly flinched as one of the guards demanded that they stop.
She instantly swiveled around to face the guard, her nerves causing her to nearly stumble over her own feet.
Then the realization hit her, she'd completely forgotten that the king had wanted all Chrysos dragons at the palace.
She would've said something... If it weren't for her nervousness keeping her jaw glued shut.

Alfred just smile and wave at the guard "oh Hi!, we were just going to go home" he said cheerfully Carefree like.

Gemini stay still her eyes looking back and forth between everyone nervously //oh no! Their not going to let us go?... // The 4 wing dragon move a little closer to Nikita //Alfred you better not mess this up// she thought worried

{The guard snorts at Alfred's cheerfulness}"Go Home? On who's authority? The high king Erwen has decreed that all Chrysos visitors remain at the palace until to murderer of that young girl can be found! You're not going anywhere!"

The dark dragon growls angrily when he reaches the cave, as his servant is nowhere to be seen. "BLACKICE!?!?" Maldius roars, of course using his illusion magic to prevent anyone aside from his servants from hearing him. "Where ARE YOU!?"

{Vitis looks around.}"Is he in there with her maybe?"

Alfred eyes got big with a shock expression " a murder a young girl?" His tone was just as surprised as his expression
Gemini rub her arms //so that's why they are holding all the Chrysos dragons... I wonder who it was? And who did it?//

Someone* not a

Nitika stood there, not moving an inch, as the guard spoke. She looked more and more nervous each moment the conversation lingered on.
//There was a murder here?! That's even more of a reason for us to leave...
But who would do something like that?// She cast a worried glance at Gemini. //If we stay, there's more of a chance that we could be attacked again... Though, if we try to leave, we'll just get into more trouble...//

Black ice had fallen asleep in the icey cell, but was rudely woken up by the shouting of his master, Ice eyes shot open with panic //OH NO! MASTER BACK!!// scrambling to his feet the black dragon move so he would not step on Sherry

{The guard's irritation begins to show.}"Yes, you're all suspects! The culprit was a Chrysos dragon! Now come back inside quietly, or you will all face punishment!"

Sherry is sound asleep already.

Maldius turns to the cell at Vitis' suggestion, his malevolent yellow eyes narrowing at his servant's appearance. "What were you doing in there?" he demands, coldly.

{Vitis looks away when he sees Blackice emerge from the cell.}"Ooooh boy......."

(Uh-oh, somebody's in trouble)

Alfred put out his hands in a coming jester " easy buddy, no need to get mad, we haven't done anything wrong"

Gemini step forward a little bit "they haven't done anything, they wouldn't have even come here if it wasn't for me..." She turned her head away

Alfred was in though he rud his neck and chuckled faintly " except maybe being at the wrong place at the wrong time, but that how life goes sometimes, and sometimes you think it's the wrong place, but it's really the right place, just wrong time, or you came at the right time, and it ended up being the wrong place, so then in the end it was the wrong place and time because by time you get to the right place it's now the wrong time...but if your have fun with your friends even though you were at the wrong place and time you can still make the best of it and maybe it wasn't a lost after all, See? " he thought out loud with a smile

Gemini stared at Alfred with baffled look "....That made no sense...." She said under her breath

{The guard just frowns and tilts his head in confusion}"...What? You lost me after 'We didn't do anything wrong,' which you clearly are, seeing how you're breaking the curfew! I won't ask again, come along!"

Black ice timidly glace over to the ice cell then back to his master the black dragon was fiddling with claws as he spoke with a nervous tone "...I....Mmm....I just was checking on her wounds....So she wouldn't bleed out...Mmmm you know...."

(to just a heads up I have to fill out a few more app so I'll be slow)

After attempting to follow all of what Alfred said, Nitika finally distracted herself enough that she felt like she could move again. She looked back at the grey dragon and smiled, appreciative of his statement--no matter how confusing it might've been.
"...L-let's do what he says." She suggested to Gemini and Alfred, after the guard ordered that they return to the palace a third time.

"... Then why do you seem so suspicious?" Maldius questions, raising an eyebrow.

Alfred look to Nikita and Gemini then Shrugged his shoulders "alright," turn his head to the guards "we'll go with you"

(Oh my gosh, Alfred's logic... X'D)

{The guard nods and waits for them to step inside first}

{Vitis glances sideways at Blackice and mutters under his breath.}"You're a terrible liar...."

(Gotta love Alfred X3 )

Nitika slowly began towards the palace, still feeling a bit of lingering anxiety.
//It's for the best, I suppose...
Like Alfred said, we can make the best of this.
It may still be dangerous to linger here, but with all of this chaos around Solaris, we'll be better guarded here, at least for the moment... Right?// She thought to herself.

Gemini follow the the guard and Alfred start taking to them "so, what your name? I'm Alfred, this is a nice place you have a little cold but not bad relay"

Black ice "suspicious? Me? ...I--I don't know what your talking about"

{The guard glares at Alfred}"Never you mind what my name is. Just keep walking."

{Vitis leans towards Blackice}"You're stuttering. And, your eyes are shifty.

(Well, I'm gonna have to go for the night.
