Reply: I'm going to answer that in separate comments so I don't forget what you said.

The setting is similar to modern fantasy. I'd say the actual technology is 3O-4O years behind us, but I haven't worked it out entirely yet. If details regarding the technology or other aspects of the setting come up during the RP, we'll work it out then. For now, assume it's a modern fantasy world with both magic and some limited modern technology.

It's very possible that humans and non-humans have killed each other before, but the incident with Arminus was the first time in recorded history. If attacks have occurred before, they were done in secrecy and the news never got out, thus not causing such a large-scale panic.

There's been tension between the two races for several decades, and they did commit minor crimes against each other. But they tolerated each other until that murder occurred. Because the humans never really trusted the non-humans in the first place, the murder proved to be the 'last straw'. The panic and hatred didn't manifest overnight, but in the six months since Arminus killed one of their own, the humans have become more and more fearful, even though no more murders have happened since. It's not hard to spread hatred about something, especially when there was a certain amount of tension there already.

The setting idea is still kind of a wip
Any characters are allowed, however they cannot be characters that are not original. If you designed the character and they're original to use, then, by all means, use them.

You can have up to three characters in the rp and if you want any of them to be malevolent, let me know.

Also, then Sunday time can change, just tell me a time that works for you!

Oh, one more thing: keep in mind that not all of the humans hate the magical creatures. Quite a few of them are neutral or even want to help the non-humans.

And no, it won't always be midnight - that was just my idea of a cool RP name. XD

Also, though this is entirely up to you, it'd be good if you could make at least one of your RP characters a normal human. The reason being that I think most of the members will be using magical beings, so it would be nice to have some more humans.

Reply: Some form of knife injury, probably throat slashed from behind. The murder took place on a city street late at night, and a small number of people probably witnessed it happen, which helped to get the news out.

(I'm making up some of this as I go along, I didn't stop to think that anyone would need so much detailed info. XD It's not a problem though.)

Reply: There might be some things about the murder (and the vampire) that I can't reveal yet. But we'll get to that if it becomes important to the plot.
