The Cosmic outbreak are ultra rare of the Canco there element is space of the Canco species, they are known for there dazzling luminescent glow and their Galaxy crest of their head, on the inside of their wings is constellations and is said to hold some kind of power.... they are also very cold to the touch, and have color claws
