*blinks* ...Did... I draw that..? *Looks at title* Yup... That's me. Huh...
Long ago, hundreds of years before the beginning of Fire Emblem: Beyond Infinity, there was an folklore legend that was heard throughout the land. It went:
Should you enter the darkened woods for a stroll, the macabre eyes may claim your soul. If you offer your kinsfolk as a gift, he will allow your death to be swift.
Whenever people would go into the woods they would notice a pair of glowing eyes. Right after the first few sightings, a group of people went missing. Some of the more paranoid claimed that the eyes belonged to a ferocious beast, and that the beast would eat the missing people. Almost exactly after the missing people were declared dead, though, they returned, but held no memories of who they were. Afterwards, the eyes never appeared in those woods again, but sightings continued over the years, to this very day. It has become something of an urban legend. Some think the eyes kidnapped the people out of loneliness, and once returned, he wiped their memories. Others think that the eyes were nothing but a trick of the light, and the missing people was an isolated incident.
People note the alleged eyes share the same glow as early depictions of gods. Some of the more paranoid think the eyes to be the gods themselves keeping an eye on the people. The eyes have become a story passed down through the years, as a popular campfire story of sorts.

I have a theory: The 'beast' is Pac wanting to make friends, but then when they called him names he hit them with his backpack of unknown contents xD
