I was recommended to join a fire emblem group by one of my friends. She told me to go talk to you, red (though I don't know which one), or three other people I don't really remember (Amber?). I'm very interested in the group from what she's had to say about it, and would like to ask how to join. Sorry if this is the wrong person.

Hey Gills, hope you don't think I'm out of place because here. I've been reading he tft post and well, Sora has made really good points by saying that there are problems that have been overlooked. Problems that you haven't seen because of one reason or another. There has been instances where the others members of the tft have gotten themselves attacked because of them intervening. So please try to empathize with them. They're on edge especially because yes, as you said they have others things to do like school, or work. So on top of that they had to deal with the stress of helping this community. You might think is harsh, but you made it sound like febi is just a waste of time. Like it was only because of febi that you couldn't move on and work on whatever you are working on. I can go on more detail about the problems if you really are interested, for now I just want you to know that at least Sora, Ace and Inky have the right to be angry, as they have been attacked and traetened when training to help the febi community. Regarding those influential differences you've made, you probably did make some but they have kept this community relatively safe not only because they act when someone complain but because they actively watch over the users so all these issues are tackled asap. There's toxicity in the community, Gills. I'm not angry at you, but I do want you to know that if the rest of the tft is. I completely understand them.

Re: Sorry to take so long replying, there's many things to tackle and I didn't know where to start but let's begin with people using the tft name to have authority over other users. And Jon here was one of those people. The problem is you've only heard his side of the story. This is something I'm glad you were kept in the dark because I don't want to think that you endorsed this behaviour. The tft has been addressed as "the authorities" and it has given the image of an angry person that will ban you out of febi if you step out of line. And Gills, you are influential. So much people see you as a leader. So much so that they ignore the other tft members. This is not your fault but they have used your name and the name of the other tft members to have power over others, gaining their own followers. These people are not the most understanding nor the more open minded people, they have abused of their power and make febi unwelcoming for a lot of people. When I say that they consider you the leader I mean it in a serious way, they only cared that you slightly agreed to Jon's terms to know that he had any power at all. And when Sora tried to confront him, he wasn't only attacked by Jon but all of his followers. Something that made the rest of the tft unable to act, they're intimidated. That's not acceptable, intimidating people to get your way is not how anyone should act. That's not what the tft was about. You're there to solve problems with logic and agreeing to compromises.

And just so we're clear, people don't see Sora as part of tft because Jon never addressed him as such. It was always you in the first place then Ace, Amby and Inky. People really thought Jon was right about all of those rules, and no one could stop him because he used the tft name, your name, to back up his actions. Of course people complained, what else would you expect if users were ignored and blocked just because off their opinions and just the way they are. So yeah, Jon might think his actions are justifiable and that people were complaining unfairly but he's not innocent to begin with

Re: this was months ago. Basically Jon was trying to have more control over Febi and the people that agree with his views attacked sora when he tried to stop him. I'm just gonna let you know that the way Jon and the rest of them handle that was enough for Sora to eliminate all his febi related posts. He didn't want anything to do with it. And inky and Ace felt helpless because of this, like they really couldn't control the situation anymore because they would get attacked the same way. And many artist have left febi because of others issues that couldn't be controlled because tft was intimidated. So I'm sorry if it come as harsh but Jon always acted like it was Sora who was supposed to apologize instead of facing the fact that he harmed people that just wanted to help.

I might take longer replying because I'm at work right now, but you should really talk to the rest of tft.

I mean, if you want any advice, I would say be more involved in FEBI if you can. There have been a few arguments, but I think most of them are resolved now. But, people are still a bit on edge.
