My first plein air painting! It´s still too cold outside to keep still for very long, and the sun was setting quickly, so I had less time than I would have liked.

I've never painted in plein air, sometimes I paint outside sitting in public garden or near the sea or in the gym, but I always use my imagination. I'll try.

Painting from real life and outdoors is one of the recommendations everyone seems to have when it comes to get better at colour and lighting. That's why I want to make a habit of it - we'll see how that goes. Can't wait until it gets warmer outside!

Most of my plein air stuff is from memory.. I'm always battling against the quickly changing sky. I've started to take multiple trips out in order to not pressure myself into rushing through a picture. This is looking very nice, good job :)
