Personality traits: Timid, withdrawn, socially awkward, slightly paranoid. Wants to make friends but is usually too scared to talk to anyone. A bit of a coward, but can be brave when he really needs to. Likes making up tall stories about himself to hide his insecurity and feelings of worthlessness.
Other notes: He likes Japanese culture, piano music, and gardening.
He's mostly vegetarian (not for any moral reason, he just doesn't like the taste of meat or something).
He suffers from occasional bouts of depression, more rarely now than he used to.

Yo, I've got questions regarding the Shacklestone RP. First and foremost, you said that it will take place in a modern setting. Just how modern? What kind of technologies and economic structure can be expected from this setting? Second, is this really the first time a human was killed by a non-human? Humans are notoriously hateful beings, and I'm surprised more haven't been killed in disputes in the history of this world. And why are they suddenly fearful of the non-humans, who I assume they've been living within close proximity to without any incidents for a very long time?

Re: Ok, I get it now. So, until it gets worked out further, it's to be assumed that this world has 60's to 70's level technology supplemented by magic? Also, will there be a day/night cycle in the RP, or will it be perpetually be midnight?

Actually, I do have one more question. How did the human that died die? What was the cause of death? Extreme blood loss? Blunt force trauma? Excessive stabbing?
