This is Isaac Matthews. A 21 year-old American boy born in Hawaii. He's the newest Elemental hero of Water and leader of the new Elementals team, Island Heroes. Isaac dons one of the newest iteration of Elementals power-up gear, the Aqua Ring. Isaac's ring is very unique, as it allows him to transform into his hero form and the new merman form. Unlike the former in which vocal command is required, the latter only requires contant with water or any kind of liquid.
