Tsune has always been obsessed with storybooks, reading each & everyone he could get his hands on. When he was younger he would fantasize about being a hero.

When tsune was younger, a girl in his hometown had disapeared in the forest close by, many feared the worst, but tsune wanting to be like the heroes in his stories decided that giving up was not an option, he went to the forest by himself armed with only a small pocket knife. soon he found the missing girl trembling under a rocky ledge where a large toothed beast was cornering her, seeing her in trouble he ran to and stabbed his knife into the beast... but the creature didn't seem to be very bothered by it, slowly the creature turned around towards tsune, the last thing he saw was the girl fleeing, leaving him behind to fend for himself. He had then realized the mistake he made. He of course survived the attack, but was tramatized by the near death incident. And lost faith in others when the girl had abandoned him.
