Her family kinda lived back in the woods by a mountain but close to sea. Consisting of her there were 7 others. Her mom, dad, supersticious black magic great grandmother, granpa, and 3 older brothers. Worked at the small local docks unloading fishing cargo by day to supply their small town. At night the 3 brothers, dad, and granpa would sneak out and sneak back onto the ships and steal away with small riches they could find. In that time being home at her younger age her great grandmother would pull her into her crazy 'rituals' while her mom was sleeping which is where that tattoo came from and various hidden details you can't see. (thinking about giving her a beast form.....dunno yet) One night the men get caught ransacking a ship and things go down hill. That ships captain finds their house takes Zariah and her mother then sell them off. They're then split up.

Awww! Adorable!

Zariah is sold from one abusive person to another. When a few years later she kinda snaps and kills three people on the boat she's kept on then flees by jumping overboard and swims. For a long time. Until from weariness and hunger she stops and just floating now ends up washing ashore on some small island where after some time Avard comes across her. Though very hostile at first until he pulled out some food item.

I will be working on that.....but thats what I've meshed together so far.....

Re: Though through that she's pretty kicka.ss in combat. Physically she'll probably be the one protecting him. Its when she has those episodes of nightmares and memories that seem to haunt her that she'll need the most protecting from. Though Avard could get pretty roughed up from that until she goes through her crying fits. She's in some termoil underneath all of that toughness she puts out.
