More about Tovend:

Though he's usually hesitant in meeting new people, he doesn't mind talking to them as long as they aren't perceived as a threat. He doesn't get scared or angry easily, but if an issue lasts for a while he won't be afraid to solve the conflict [usually with attacks or threats].

His bone is quite special. Tovend can draw energy from it and use it to create Psychic-type based attacks. However, he only does this if the opponent(s) is more than what it seems to show [if opponent can use supernatural forces, for example].

He can remove his skull helmet and won't hesitate to do so if people want him to take it off. That appearance will be drawn in the future.

I think I need to update my profile pic to include Tovend in it... o.0

Bonus: His name is a play on the word, "Defend". It was a bit hard to come up with him. X )

Honestly, this guy could be a totally original character! He doesn't bear much resemblance to cubone, totodile or any pokemon. :O Atleast, he doesn't with the skull mask on.

I like his design though, he looks cool. The purple color scheme is a unique one-
