- Yes, you can make shapeshifters as long as they have a human form (because the magical beings must be able to disguise themselves when necessary).
- I'm thinking 2 charas per player, but I might increase the limit if not many people join.

re: I'm basing my kanto pokemon drawings on the red/blue/green sprites as they were made before the anime. If you look at the old sprites of persian, you'll see there is a darker coloration on it's paws and tail so that's what I did
