here's the official rules..
rule one: your new LSV comic oc can be either boy or girl.
rule two: give your character a profile, name, age, his/her relatives, likes and dislikes.
rule three: the lsv series is for fans of all ages, so please no bad content, but 4kids tv type friendly content only.
