I actually think Peach IS in love with Bowser, but her vio,lent fiance, Mario, keeps showing up. They keep faking kidnappings because Mario is a "hero" and the Mushroom King has married the princess to him in gratitude for "rescuing" her from an enemy kingdom. That she's a beautiful humanoid while Bowser is a fire-breathing reptile monster is besides the point in a world made of bipedal turtle soldiers and mushroom people. Nicely drawn, btw!
