There's a cool app called Handy that you can change the lighting on different things such as female heads, male heads, hands, feet, and even skulls. (Although it does cost money, but not a bunch of money)
The hands have a bunch of different poses but the faces and skulls are very limited, but it hopefully will help you to get the basics down. Also if you need help with camera angles and stuff like that a Youtuber named Borodante might help you there
