This might not help, or even apply, so I hope this advise isn't taken badly: The Colors 3D program offers you the option of using layers and then deleting any layer you want to. If you like, or need to, then you can draw out your pictures on outer layers, color and shade them on inner layers, and then delete the layers with the lines in them. I don't know if the advise applies to you because you might be trying to do it without using lines to crutch on. The option is available though. I hope I haven't done more harm than good by telling you that.

You can put more shading on the white clothes! That's all I got! :/
