The more I kept thinking about his old one, the more it just bugged me and it had for the longest time, this outfit finally popped into my head and it suits him perfectly, in my opinion.
He has 5 faded scars on his right arm, 3 large faded scars across his chest,
the bands on his arm hide his scent, he can be tracked but it's difficult w/o a scent to follow.
His dual blades can charge his lightning and are extremely sharp, he can also use them to break seals, on people, places or things.
He can charge lightning in his body and fire it at people, usually with his palms. The lightning is always blue.

I was debating greatly when I was drawing him, if I should draw his true form or his human form, and well you know what one I when with....But now I really want to draw his human form to X'D

Reply: I know! I had to curve them like that or they would have been out of frame and I didn't want that.
Since all his colors are silvery or dark he'll be a challenge to learn to soft shade on.
I hope I make the dragon lord happy with my struggles though! *flails body*
