Zodiac designed his visor himself, which lets him see mnemalgiac ghosts. He enslaves them and is building an army of them to help take over numerous dimensions (starting with ours lol)

that cat thing in the background is an example of a mnemalgiac. they are not always humanoid, as their forms loosely relate to how they died.
