The reason why it is arid. Is its rocky formations and its very few fauna that cover places such as a plain or under rocks. And mostly behind mountains. It is indeed habitable just a bit harder to find plants that produce fruits or vegetables. Re: to be honest, i hit major writer block when i was 13 with the book and tried to keep writing a few times, but no luck... so... it's more like a discontinued book.
